Our FoundersComplete Ethical Solutions, LLC was created by Paula and Jeff Lebeck after they saw a need in the business landscape.
Throughout her career, Paula worked as a nurse for 20-plus years. After working in a compliance role in health care, the insurance industry, and finally in international business, she decided to pursue her Master’s degree in Business with an emphasis on Ethics & Compliance. After creating a code of conduct for a growing airline company, they realized there were services they could offer to other businesses. Jeff has been working in education and training for over 20 years and is a subject matter expert in content creation for Instructor-led and online courses. He also has a passion for training facilitation. Training is integral in helping team members and leaders create a culture where doing business the right way becomes second nature. |
